Presenters must confirm their acceptance by replying to the email and registering for the conference by the 4th September

If you cannot attend the conference in person but can attend virtually please select the 'virtual ticket' option available on the Registration page via Humanatix. Virtual attendees are able to attend free of charge.

Online attendance registration closes prior to the conference start time on the 14th September.

A link to the conference will be provided via email in the days leading up to the event.

If you are planning to attend the conference in-person please purchase a ticket via our registration page on Humanatix. In-person tickets provide attendees access to the conference for both days (Monday & Tuesday), catering for both days (arrival tea/coffee, lunch and afternoon tea, and attendance at the social networking event (food provided)

In-person registration closes on the 7th September.

If you have purchased an in-person ticket and can no longer attend the conference in-person, please reach out to the planning committee as soon as possible who will arrange a refund. Please note, refunds cannot be processed after the 7th September and booking fees will not be included in the refunded amount.
